Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

At Othello Software, we are revolutionizing Forex and we’re looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Executive who can drive results and close deals like Harvey Specter and build relationships with the charm and strategy of Don Draper. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the art of the sale, and is driven by achieving success. You will be integral to our growth, working closely with our CEO and CSMO to shape and execute sales strategies and make lasting connections with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities. Leverage networking, cold-calling, and market research to generate new leads.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, positioning Othello Software as the go-to solution in the industry.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships. Collaborate with the CEO and CSMO to ensure alignment on sales and business strategies.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Confidently guide prospects through the sales process, closing deals and securing long-term partnerships.

  • Customer Retention & Upselling: Ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure a consistent flow of deals and accurate forecasting.

  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the CEO and CSMO to refine sales strategies. Provide feedback and insights on client needs and market trends.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record in B2B Sales: You have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships. Experience in Finance or Gaming is a plus.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills: You’re a master closer who can guide prospects from initial interest to final sale.

  • Networking Expertise: Skilled at leveraging your professional network to generate new business.

  • Goal-Oriented and Driven: You thrive on achieving targets and are self-motivated to exceed them.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and able to connect with decision makers and key stakeholders.

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
